Hapten (Half Antigen), also known as incomplete antigen, only have immunoreactivity (antigenicity) but not immunogenicity. Hapten (Half Antigen) induces by cross-linking or binding to carriers of macromolecular proteins or nonantigenic poly-lysine to mmune responses.
