Tachykinin receptor 1 (TACR1) is one of the Neurokinin Receptor. TACR1 is also known as NK1R or SPR. TACR1 interacts with its ligand and leads to the activation of nuclear factor-kappa-b (NF-κb) and proinflammatory cytokines.
