Background

LB Agar Miller is a LB culture medium that based on the formula developed by Miller [1]. They are rich in nutrient for the rapid growth and maintenance of recombinant E.coli stains. It contains amino acids, nucleotide precursors, amino acids, vitamins and other metabolites that the E.coli would otherwise have to synthesize.
