PAR2 (1-6) amide (human) (scrambled) is a synthetic peptide that corresponds to residues 1-6 of the amino terminal tethered ligand of human PAR2 sequence with the amino acids at positions 1 and 2 reversed. It has been used as a negative control for the proteinase-activated receptor 2 (PAR2) agonist PAR2 (1-6) amide (human) in various cellular assays.1,2
