Background

Adenosine A2B receptor positive allosteric modulator. Potentiates the NECA -induced increase in cAMP production in CHO cells expressing A2B receptors. Also potentiates the effects of NECA and the A2B receptor agonist BAY 60-6583 in mediating osteoblast differentiation from MSCs in vitro.
