AF430 is a?fluorescent dye chemically identical to the famous Alexa Fluor? 430. It?can be excited by 405?nm violet laser or?445?nm laser paired, for example, with 510/80?nm bandpass filter.
Azide moiety allows quick and effective labeling and detection of?terminal alkynes via a?copper-catalyzed click reaction (CuAAC) or of?strained cyclooctynes via a?copper-free click chemistry reaction. Mild reaction conditions are suitable for most biomolecules, cells, and tissues. The product is water soluble and insensitive to pH changes between pH?4 and pH?10.
