Background

Toltrazuril sulfoxide is a short-lived intermediary metabolite of Toltrazuril , and then can be metabolized to the reactive toltrazuril sulfone (TZR-SO2) in vivo. Toltrazuril is an antiprotozoal agent that acts upon Coccidia parasites[1].
