B-Raf IN 1 is a potent and selective B-Raf kinase inhibitor with an IC50 of 24 nM.


B-Raf IN 1 (Compound 10n) inhibits WM 266-4 and HT29 cells with IC50s of 0.92 and 0.78 μM, respectively[1].
