Background
PD-1-IN-17 is an inhibitor of the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) signaling pathway.1 It reverses inhibition of isolated mouse splenocyte proliferation induced by PD-1 ligand (PD-L1) when used at a concentration of 100 nM.
