Background

IraZolve-ER Blue? is a cell-permeable fluorogenic probe that can be used to label the endoplasmic reticulum in live and fixed cells. It easily crosses live cell membranes and accumulates in the endoplasmic reticulum, and its fluorescence can be used to visualize endoplasmic reticulum structures using epifluorescent and confocal microscopy. IraZolve-ER Blue? displays excitation/emission maxima of 405/500 nm, respectively, and can be used for live and fixed cell applications.
